Dr. Popwell obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University. He completed his neurology residency in the United States Air Force and has actively practiced neurology for 24 years. Dr. Popwell is also an accomplished and respected physician leader and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at the University of Washington.

Karlina earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political Science from Texas A&M and Tulane University, respectively. Her professional experience includes strategic planning, fund-raising, marketing, product development, and clinical trial accrual.
